Gunfight Behind the Jersey Lilly - 2004

We need Full Time Waddies. However, any amount of time you can donate would be appreciated.

1. We need Range Officers available for Thursday and Sunday plus “Roving Waddies” everyday to
help with the trash pick up, traffic control, and various other duties. Please advise if you are a Range
Officer 1 or 2. We also need some evening help to act as bartenders and other help. We are always short help on the Pot Shoot day so we hope that you can help us Thursday as well.

2. Waddies may be needed to help at the Mounted Arena as well.

3. Startin' time is generally 7:00AM. Quitin' time depends on your work area, but usually about 5PM. There are areas needing help after 5PM. Please note on the application if you are available after 5PM. The range should close by 3:30, but be prepared to work until the last shooter leaves the range and the stages are reset for the next day’s events.

4. Waddies will be given a Lunch ticket when they work a full day. SORRY we cannot give you a meal ticket if you work less than 8 hours. All Waddies will be required to sign in with the Waddie Ramrod every day so we know who’s working.

5. If you haven’t been given an assignment before the event come to the Waddie Shack near the range and see Drago or Sassparilla Sandy to sign in and receive your assignments.

6. The person in charge of the area(s) where you are scheduled to work will contact you. They will provide work schedules, job descriptions, and all other information necessary for you to do your job.

7. There is also a need for a setup crew on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, prior to the event. Please indicate on the form what days and hours you are available. We may be shorthanded the Monday after Gunfight Behind the Jersey Lilly. Please let us know if you can help us put the range back the way it was before the event.

8. We will put all Waddies names in a hat and pick prizes at the end of the event.

ALL event personnel including WADDIES must be in period dress at all times. You may
wear firearms (no live ammo) ONLY when you are wearing your WADDIE badge.
WADDIES are invited to ALL evening events.
